Originally from Roswell, Georgia, Emily has always had a passion for journalism, finding the stories that connect with people and digging a little deeper to get the real story. She studied journalism at the University of Georgia, where she reported for The Oglethorpe Echo and Grady Newsource and served as editor-in-chief of Rouge Magazine, a student fashion publication. Her knack for editorial work has carried into the past year, which she's spent working in marketing while writing for the Upper Westside and serving as Junior Editor under Shannon. Emily loves the Upper Westside and everything it has to offer, and she's proud to feature the voices and businesses that make up this evolving area, with a special eye for all things fashion.
