Co-Working Space with Yvette Francis

Live and Work on Purpose with Happen to Life Co-working, Childcare, Food, and Fitness, All Under

April 2026

Meet our expert on co-working and childcare, Yvette Francis, a corporate learning and development leader with over 15 years of experience, a graduate of CAU and FIU, and a dedicated wife and mother of four. As the founder of Happen to Life CoWork, she understands how quickly our days fill with work, childcare, errands, gym runs, and the myriad of activities that make up a fulfilling life.

Time is one of our most precious resources, and many of us are familiar with the concept of work life balance. However, Yvette believes that what families truly seek is work life integration. She envisions spaces designed to simplify life by giving back the gift of time and bringing essential elements together under one roof. Happen to Life CoWork is a concept she is developing for the Upper Westside community that combines co-working, childcare, healthy food, and fitness in one location, allowing professionals and families to reclaim their time and focus on what matters most.

If you believe a space like Happen to Life CoWork would benefit the Upper Westside, please take this quick 1-minute survey and share your thoughts. Your feedback is invaluable in bringing this vision closer to our neighborhood.
