Longtime Upper Westside residents may remember the Northside Athletic Club just across I-75, a well-known private athletic club that served generations of Buckhead families. With its premier tennis courts and amenities, it was considered one of the area’s top recreational destinations.
Today, that same property is home to the Carl E. Sanders Family YMCA, one of the neighborhood branches of the YMCA of Metro Atlanta.
